My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The location was excellent, close to the central square yet in a quieter neighborhood, perfect for unwinding after exploring the hilly streets of Taxco. However, the noise from the street made it a bit hard to relax in the room. The rustic chic style of the spacious room added a nice touch, but the street access below the restaurant brought in unwanted noise, creating a bit of a nightmare ambiance at times.

I found my room to be big, bright, and built in the typical rustic Taxco country-style chic. Despite the outside noise, it was still pretty quiet inside, offering a comfortable stay.

The service left much to be desired. The staff, unfortunately, were not polite or helpful, and their indifference to guests was quite noticeable during my stay.

The location was superb, within walking distance of the Santa Prisca church and central square, yet situated in a peaceful neighborhood. The meticulously tended garden added to the charm of the setting.
